(Need to say something about its not instant help)
(Also need something about not being able to cancel a game when the opponent doesn't move)
If there is a specific response to your problem, we will email you at the email address we have on file. We try to respond to all emails with in 24 hours if appropriate. Even if you do not get a response, we are still looking into your report.
Here are some guidelines to using the Report a Problem button.
General:
Please do not use report a problem to ask for opponents.
Disconnect:
I your opponent disconnects they have 5 minutes (or to the end of the game, which ever is less) to rejoin. If they do not they will be forfeited and you will be awarded the win.
Cheating:
If you think your opponent has cheated because your pieces have disappeared it is possible that you were playing with the Atomic variant. Here is a link to more information and rules on this variant. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atomic_chess
If you think your opponent was cheating because their time is not moving, please make sure that they are not moving with in the delay (insert link to delay FAQ) increment.
Please include the game number and opponent name in your cheating report.
Technical problems:
When describing please include as much information as you can. What you were doing when the problem happened. What error message if any you received. Game number and name of opponent.
