In order for us to help you solve the problem best, please include the following information when you submit a bug:


  • which client were you using, web or Windows?

    * what browser, browser version, OS and OS version?

    * what were you doing when the problem happened?

Note that for web client bugs you can see if any javascript errors have happened by selecting Tools->JavaScript Console in Firefox. If you have this error information it will help us a great deal.
