whenever i try to log in, it logs in for like 5 seconds, and then it logs me out…and i got the parental software thing fixed…and i was on for the whole night last night….so how come i can’t get back in? thanks |

i had to take a certain individual off my friends list for my account to work? can someone explain why please? |

It seems to be your parental software that is stopping some names. You need to adjust that or take it off. Also, the desktop client would not have the same problem. |

i got the parental software adjusted, and i had to take off the name “carolina-blue77”, theres nothing wrong with that name…and then later on i had to take off other people….just random people….and they were paid members….and there was noting wrong with their names….and also…i downloaded the windows client, and it won’t work…(the same problem with the web one too, except i didn’t get a pop up message) when i log in to the windows it loads for about 5 seconds and then a little window pops up and says, “ChessParkClient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.” and a bit of other stuff. and theres a button for me to send a report….“send error report” so i sent it…but i think it goes to Microsoft….cuz before the button it says, “please tell microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send to us. we will treat this repost as confidential.” and i sent it…but nothings been fixed…so who knows…..i was told that the parental software does not go thro the windows program…so it should work right? so what else could it be? -pink |
