In official chess tournaments, 1h15 is assigned to the first 30 moves, and then an hour for the next 22. Isn’t half an hour max a little stingy? I’m not playing my fullest game, as I have to rush. Surely it’s a doddle to include more time options? it seems to be encouraging speed chess above a good deep game. |

You can create a game request with that time control. Or you just feel that should be the default? Some people want fast games and some do not. We want to find a happy medium for the default. Thanks for the post. |
