there are many instances when i play a move but the system will not confirm my move.my time will still be taken.wat cud be the problem.i dont doubt my internet provider |

We call this lag and we work hard to eliminate it. We’ve been steadily improving this over time, and we will continue to do so. If you experience a lot of this, we encourage you to use Report a Problem option under hte Help menu in the client to send us a log for analysis. |
