Problem—up until last nite I have been accessing using the desktop icon. Now it says I can’t connect to server yet I can connect through the Web.

Have deleted all programs & downloaded again from site yet problem persists. I don’t like web site board display vs the desktop any thoughts—my computer expertise is limited.
