If you are having issues connecting with the desktop client. Please make sure you are using the current version 382 (or higher).

Do make sure please go to http://chesspark.com/download and get the newest version. Close Chesspark and run the update.

If you still have a problem connecting with the desktop but can get in with the web client. Please send your log file (C:/Program Files/Chesspark)to help@chesspark.com
